Tip:

DON’T brush your hair when wet! It damages your hair, use a wide toothed comb or your fingers to detangle. Don’t force it though, be gentle.

Tips for healthy hair
Applying oil to dry hair not only moisturizes but can prevent various hair problems (I use olive oil as a hair mask and argan oil for during the day)
Trim your split ends! This prevents the split travelling up the hair shaft making your hair weaker and breaking off at the ends
Don’t brush your hair too much, once or twice a day is sufficient (depending on windy weather and length of your hair) Brushing can actually damage your hair. 
Be careful when brushing your hair when wet! Use a broad toothed comb - not a brush. Your hair is ‘stretchy’ when wet and being rough with it can cause it to break. 
When blow drying do not use the hair dryer on full heat or full blast, we all know excessive heat is damaging to our hair. Also always use that little funnel that comes with the dryer, and point it down the hair shaft. This will make your hair shiny. 
Vitamins for healthy hairYou can try some specific vitamins to keep your hair healthy as given below.The B-Complex vitamins and Antioxidants for healthy hair. A deficiency in vitamins B2, B6 or biotin may cause hair loss. Inositol helps hair growth.
